BLURB He promised to leave me alone, but that was a lie. I should have known he’d have this pull on me—seeping through my skin and into my bones, burning me from the outside in. It’s just like when we were kids, and I can no longer avoid him. I’ve accepted it, but what will it take to convince him that I am no longer his? Is that really what I want? Book Review:After fighting literally for his life is Luke ready to win back Reese. But this could be the hardest fight he's ever had. Reese has been in a relationship with her neighbour Sean , but its stalled because she misses what she and Luke had together. But it hurts to think about what she learned about his disappearing . What is going to happened now that he's back in town. She's trying her best to avoid Luke ,and reassure Sean that she is him now ,and Luke doesn't matter to her no more. Both task are difficult to do. Luke doesn't understand how Reese could turn to Sean while he was gone. This story is about survival, sacrifices , trust, friendship, and love. Luke was a man who was a hero in Reese eyes and who always willing to sacrifice and protect Reese no matter what the cost. I found Reese a little judgemental ,avoidance and running. Well reading this story I felt their connection, chemistry, and the bond the had together for each other,. Everything that happens brings Luke and Reese chance to figure out they really wanted and what they needed. Would their be willing to fight for their own happiness .Or will it break them.
